Ricardo Alonso
He was born and currently lives in Mexico City. He studied Business Administration at the University of the Americas, Puebla (UDLAP), has postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He managed to specialize in Generative Coaching by Robert Dilts at the Mexican Neurolinguistic Programming Center and Meta-Coaching in Neuro-semantics training created by Michael Hall.
He has been a certified Executive Coach since 2011 Completing his training in Executive Coaching, Life and Teams. He accompanied to more than 40 coachees in the areas of Operations, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Service, Sales, Purchasing and Administration in transnational companies such as Coca-Cola, Eli-lilly, Philips, Fisher and Paykel and Government. And he has addressed issues related to life and sports coaching in universities such as (ITAM, IBERO, UDLAP, UNAM). From 2015 to date, he is an ICC Coach in Mexico and a coach of coaches in Colombia.
International Lecturer in various face-to-face and virtual conferences on topics related to Leadership, teamwork, personal improvement and Coaching.
Advisor and trainer for National, Transnational and Government institutions.
Columnist in the specialized magazine “Global Coaching Magazine” in Mexico.
