She has more than 10 years of experience in the implementation of Training and Development Programs for the Human Resources area, being responsible for the design, content and / or training in soft skills for various prestigious institutions such as: University of Lima, Asociación Peruano Japonesa, British Peruvian Association, Rimac Seguros, América Móvil, Intercorp, among others.
She is an expert in identifying and developing talent by applying tools to hundreds of people such as Myers Briggs, Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment, Disc Personality Test, among others.
Her experience in creating new projects led her to be a specialist in innovation and entrepreneurship methods, advising various businesses with tools such as Design Thinking Methodology and Canvas Business Model, IDEO, among others.
